I charge a 30% cancellation fee per any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Or if the service was booked for 2+ hour(s) within 7 days from scheduled date. Cancelation fee is non-refundable but will apply toward your next time in for the rescheduled date service total.
