Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee per any cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Or if the service was booked as a (chemical or color service) within 7 days from scheduled date. Cancelation fee is non-refundable. Same day No-Shows will be charged a non refundable full service charge.
